I know Cibo Matto primarily from this video:

Still unsure how that kid got a TV show.

edit: also Wesley Willis and that dopey parted hair look everyone had in the 90s.

when i was like 11 or something i heard this song (i have NO IDEA why or where) and really liked it.  then years later i heard birthday cake in jsrf and was like "man i really like this song who did this" and suddenly i realized OH MAN KNOW YOUR CHICKEN I FORGOT ALL ABOUT THAT SONG.  this is the second time this has happened to me where i discovered a band twice without knowing it!  when i was a kiddo my bro showed me the video to birthday by the sugarcubes and i thought it was really cool and then years later i heard bjork and liked her and then it was a while before i realized that i had heard her already.

it also took me a bit too long to realize that it was miho hatori from cibo matto in a lot of gorillaz stuff (the two i can think of off the top of my head are 19-2000 and left hand suzuki method but i think there might be a few more).

i can't find a youtube with it (most cibo matto stuff gets taken down really quickly idk why this band in particular does) but if you find stone by them that is probably my favorite song of theirs.  it's hard to pick because they have a lot of songs that are really relaxing (which if you only hear birthday cake that might be surprising)

also this is from miho hatori's solo album but i really love this music video (and the song too but man i love the music video)

welp, don't try to make a Reese's shake out of Breyer's Reese's ice cream. It tastes fine, but the frozen chunks of Reese's get turned into a bunch of tiny bits that are easy to choke on if you aren't constantly on guard while drinking it which is annoying.

Guess I'll stick to making myself malts.

Reading a document for my history class. I really liked this bit:
"The essential part of democracy to me is not that I should spend a lot of time in governing myself, for I have many more amusing things to do. But I want to be quite certain that I can change the person who governs me without having to shoot him. That is the essence of democracy, that you can have a peaceful change of governors without shooting."

haha I remember we had that topic about Nicholas Cage a while back, I guess the arms dealer that Lord of War was based on finally got arrested and he apologized to Cage for starring in such a bad movie

(this coming form a man that did not watch the movie just a man that knows cage ) The funny thing is that movie might of been decent without cage in it.

i don't think he's really gotten good again. maybe people are saying that because of bad lieutenant but i didn't like that movie. he's good in the way that he is still clearly absolutely nuts but the movies he is in aren't worth watching. i might watch the wicker man though because it looks like he was let loose in that movie. vampire's kiss is a good early nic cage film.

Where the hell is Ouro Preto?  Just put up my slight edit of the Chain game, glitch included, and am going to bed.
