so my car got robbed in the space of 45 minutes while i was at a party, and they didn't really seem to TAKE MUCH apart from a shitty ipod cable and some terrible headphones, but the rego papers are missing and apparently so are some house keys that were in there. now i am pretty much terrified my house is gonna get robbed, gonna sleep out near the front with a baseball bat i think!

My friend's car was broken into with a cinder block through the window (her car was unlocked btw) and they stole her purse which was hidden under the driver's seat in the back and had no money in it then completely ignored her ipod which was sitting in the front seat. So basically it just amounted to her having to fix her car and go through tons of paperwork to get new copies of her drivers license and whatever else.

Summary: thieves are completely stupid

Yeah and I mean it was in a sort of dodgy suburb where there are lots of blacks living there so I don't think it'll amount to much (heyo, racial stereotyping), but still I tend to overthink things a little, so!!

african-americans are the most likely to commit multiple felonies in a 48 hour period. their inborn fleetfooted nature makes them run away before stealing everything, but they usually return to finish the job. why would the blacks bother taking the keys while leaving the big money items if they hadn't planned on hitting your house later? assuming you're safe is the first mistake.

I found out they had so many people sign up for the competition that they had to cut people from the list in order to get the first round to fit into three nights. Now, instead of 5-7 songs, each entry only gets three.
