so i've been having distinct trouble sleeping over the past 2-3 months or so, anyone got any TIPS OR TRICKS that don't involve sleeping tablets or w/e? when it gets really bad i throw down a tablespoon and a bit of cough medicine and that knocks me out, but only a twice a month, and idk, i'm curious if anyone has any good ole HOME REMEDIES or things like that Pzizz program.
sleeping pills are a bad idea.
-don't do anything in your bed except sleep
-try to only be in the dark when you're sleeping
-if you have problems with waking once you go to sleep, don't do anything when you wake up (especially eat)
-don't worry about going to sleep, worse comes to worse you'll lay in bed awake all night and it'll be easy to fall asleep the next
-don't drink anything caffeinated you dummy!
