lol reading about synesthesia a while back, for every term relating to color there is someone with a pet theory like what if the first person to call it BLUES meant it literally or on cds where they make the production too 'sweet'. as far old 16-bit games I might say they have a better sense of stuff happening beyond the margins of the screen, but I have no idea if that's just childhood imagination doing that.
