I didn't think Mountain Dew had that much caffeine in it. Like I can't even tell a difference if I drink like 2 or 3 cans or don't have any when I'm up late or anything like that, so I just kind of assumed it didn't have very much on that basis. I mean I figured one moderately strong cup of coffee had more than like a 16oz of Mountain Dew
I don't feel any difference when I drink it, I just feel a difference when I DON'T drink it. But tbh I don't think it takes that much caffeine to have withdrawal when you don't have it--my mom only drinks Diet Pepsi and she has the same problem.
But it's the dumbest and easiest to fix addiction, and this is why I am currently working on fixing that shit. It's hella unhealthy to be like that.
