About to enter year 3 doing electrical + electronic engineering. I've done my 2nd year twice because I was a massive wreck but I seem to have managed to pull through and am doing quite well now!

I am broke until I get my student loan in october :D

I'm going to college to become a green landscape-oriented architect and make carbon neutral, sustainable organic buildings.

This is awesome. I haven't pursued it to any serious degree, but it is something I am interested in.

Currently I am working as a cook, but I will be going to college for general arts in September. I know this is kind of a bullshit program and a severe downgrade from my previous destination at a university to study photonics, but I've been out of an academic setting for a few years and need to put my head on straight. I figure a year of general arts not only gives me something extra to throw on my resume, but just a more... well-balanced education. Did anyone else take general arts?

After that I will be going for two or three years in computer programming. There is no specific focus here, but I'd like to get into the game industry and work my way up to designer, although this isn't to the exclusion of a few other areas of interest such as artificial intelligence!

I'll be going into my final year of Pharmacy this coming school year, and then hopefully after passing a bunch of licensing exams I'll be a pharmacist come next summer. It's going to be so weird not going to school for the first time in my life... I think I'm going to miss it once it's behind me.

Close to finishing my degree in Visual Marketing/Photography. I work for Fotokem in Burbank, CA as a day job, basically developing and doing color corrections on various retardedly high budget Hollywood films, most of which never gets printed/seen at a theatre, ever. Sometimes big budget porn. Makes for interesting table conversation.

I try and pick up odd jobs in the TV industry, and have worked a day or two on pretty much every show NBC airs. Not terribly interesting work, just rigging lights and holding microphones.

Personal life wise? Hitting up bars, dating around, trying not to be too bored.

Glad to see we're not all sitting in our parents garages and playing Soldat...

Now, I've left that job and am going on to take a University course in Education (I'm going to be an Education Specialist eventually)

Fantastic dude! And good call working with them there EBD/SEN KIDDOS :D!!!

I'm in the same racket kinda. I teach English & Media Studies at a secondary school nowadays, after totally screwing up LAW.

...at least people sometimes say to me "OH I FORGET YOU HAVE A LEGAL BACKGROUND!!!!"

As long as you're not one of those film student-y types that paces around a room explaining that ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SELL ONE SCRIPT, THEN IT'LL BE EASY STREET.

Man, I go to school with those types, and they're dickwads.

Just got accepted into UCF with a full sports scholarship, and a 20,000$ dollar academic scholaship. I guess taking that drafting course my sophomore year changed my life, ended up taking Calculus both A and B on my senior year paired with trigonometry. Hopefully ending up as a succsful architect in the future :)

scared shitless because my senior year is coming up, i'm a biochemistry major, i have nothing on my resume but my shitty summer waitering job and tutoring a 5 year-old with ADD for a few weeks

my semi-intentional decision to get through school without speaking to anyone important about anything has failed. i'll be applying to grad school and maybe will get in somewhere if they preferentially select for hard-working polish dudes with only average grades

Starting college this fall as a computer science and engineering major, and hopefully minoring in education and music.  I have no clue what I am going to do with my life at this moment, but I'll probably get an internship next summer at Microsoft to boost start my experience and career.

-From December to February I will be doing an Eurotrip, yay.
We could arrange a mini GW meet if you come to Crete.
