I'm going to college to become a green landscape-oriented architect and make carbon neutral, sustainable organic buildings.
This is awesome. I haven't pursued it to any serious degree, but it is something I am interested in.
Currently I am working as a cook, but I will be going to college for general arts in September. I know this is kind of a bullshit program and a severe downgrade from my previous destination at a university to study photonics, but I've been out of an academic setting for a few years and need to put my head on straight. I figure a year of general arts not only gives me something extra to throw on my resume, but just a more... well-balanced education. Did anyone else take general arts?
After that I will be going for two or three years in computer programming. There is no specific focus here, but I'd like to get into the game industry and work my way up to designer, although this isn't to the exclusion of a few other areas of interest such as artificial intelligence!
