Totally screwed up lately, but I'm going to try to get it right so I can get more things done. So I'll be logging off soon...

How much of these bad sleeping habits are attributed to an addiction to the internet? I wouldn't normally bring this point up but this is the internet so I figure I'd ask.

In a supertribal environment there is nothing interesting to do in the morning, before electricity was invented there was nothing interesting to do in the night so people didn't have this brand of sleeping "problem"

I get like 5-6 hours of sleep every night just because I always stay up late.

Go to sleep around 1, wake up around 10.
Or, on the rare occasion that I work, I go to bed around 10, and get up at 7 or whatever.

In the September I will have another shitty semester where I have to get up at 6am every second day, and every other day i will probably end up waking up at 10 or something, resulting in a horribly broken sleep schedule where I don't fall asleep properly at night. This is what I did last time I had such an early start :(

My sleep is pretty fucked most of the time I sleep at 2-3 am and wake up at 9-10 or 11 am. Oh sometimes I get insomnia!   :fogetangry:

I usually sleep around midnight. Sometimes even at 3 AM! Then I wake up feeling like shit at 10-11 AM. I especially hate feeling how fucked up I am when I stay up so long, but then sleep at 7 AM or so and then wake up in the afternoon. Pretty fucking gay. If I can sleep atleast around midnight, I have 7-8 hours, so I wake up in time to get ready for work if I have one!

Despite the early start having a job still makes your sleeping patterns more consistent, he has to get up at the same time.

i have the worst sleep schedule in the world. one night i'll go to bed at 7am after being up the whole night, then wake up at noon or 1pm or something, and go back to sleep at 9pm. i basically wake up or go to bed at any hour of the day. its terrible and i've been trying to work on it but haven't been overly succesful, although i did manage to go to bed before midnight and wake up before 10 for a week or two.

once i start classes in the fall it won't be as bad though.

I somehow always wake up at 5:50 every morning regardless of what time I went to bed.

The point is he sleeps like 3 hours per day which is abnormal for most people and is also a form of sleep disorder

My sleep habits have always been sub-par. On average, I used to get 5 to 6 hours of sleep a night. Killed me through highschool, I'd sleep through half my classes. Been doing a lot better with that though. Now I tend to get 7 to 8 hours. It's amazing what a few extra hours can do...

Speaking of sleep... *dozes off*
