NOTE TO SELF, when attempting to sweeten spaghetti sauce, grated carrots work better than chopped carrots.
My favorite base for pasta sauce is mirepoix: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mirepoix_(cuisine)
Whatever you put in, make sure those vegetables are fried in olive oil or butter before you add the watery ingredients.

Me too, my parents bought them like 15 years ago at a cheap department store and they gave me a couple when I moved out. Can't really buy more since they've long stopped selling them. I offered to buy my parents new plates so I can have the rest of them but they don't want to :(

Had a huge salad with mashed avocado, sesame seeds, dulse seaweed, chopped chives, lemon juice, and baby lettuces.
Sugar snap peas with tamari and sesame seeds.

Dessert was raw mango lime cheesecake with some chai-chia pudding on top.

I think it's interesting to see what others eat for an entire day like what's a typical breakfast, lunch, dinner type thing.

Here is what I ate yesterday.  Make fun of me idc.

*Smoothie containing strawberries with green tops, arugula, green powder, and water.

*Cherry tomatoes.

*Garlic stuffed olives.

*Cauliflower soup containing cauliflower, avocado, almonds, water, chives, sea salt, cayenne pepper, and quinoa sprouts mixed in.

*”Taste of India Pate” I came up with: Walnuts, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, celery, carrots, red onion blended together with sea salt and garam masala with a little lemon juice. I mixed in some sprouted quinoa just to have.

*Slice of raw mango-lime cheesecake I made the other day.

Well it's all raw I figured most people would think the pate and the soup would sound disgusting.

No, the paté sounds interesting- most of it does, though I agree arugula sounds rather odd in a smoothie. I could see arugula and strawberries in a salad however.

 Dinner:
Spinach Cheese Tortellini with Tomato Garlic sauce, corn, and carrot sticks.

Everyone has the right to be himself; wise men know how to,when, and whether to navigate the boundary between their rights and those of others when they collide.

I'm at work right now and it's pretty dead. I think the rainy weather is keeping everyone away from the pharmacy, so I'm going to order some poutine and have that for supper. Yum.
