Well the only problem with cutting the recipe is that then I'd have to find a smaller dish to cook it in, and considering I'm a college student with just a handful of different cooking things that would require I buy another dish just for this.  I was lucky to find that souffle dish so cheap.  So I'll probably just wait until my mom visits or I otherwise am with someone else before cooking it again.  The dish you use is important to make sure the batter stays shallow because otherwise the outside will burn and the middle will stay uncooked.

But yeah if you either think you can eat most of it or you have someone to share with definitely try cooking it because it's v. good.

It's good but you make me look like a pig I finished it all by myself.

I can't wait to start cooking again!  When I move out and begin my final leg of training, I'm going to be very busy, so I'm thinking about preparing large dishes that can be preserved (likely frozen) and later cooked by the serving.  Baked pasta comes to mind.  Does anyone else do this?

I don't do it too often but I do tend to cook extra spaghetti knowing I'll be eating it for a while.

PREMIUM QUALITY.  Will somebody please tell me what this means? Isn't this vapid text on every box of food you can buy?
For the vast majority of food items there is no officially recognized grading system (such as the product seen in the picture) and if there isn't it means nothing.

it's just the company patting them selfs on the back for making (of what they think is the best) and it's just a marketing gimmick.

A Marshmallow-and-cream-cheese sandwich.  -_-;  I'm so tired right now I don't feel like cooking anything- haven't lately- but once I realized that I'd actually put the marshmallows I'd picked up on the cream-cheese covered bread I'd planned to have and now had to eat it, I knew I had to post it. I'm probably going back for something else slightly more sensible to round out my meal. Honestly it wasn't that bad-but probably not very nutritious!

Literally LOL! I can't believe I ate that!

Tomorrow am having roasted maple glazed brussels sprouts, tempeh 'bacon' with rainbow chard, and something else I haven't thought of yet.

I made a massive sub.

It contains:
A whole cheese topped baguette
Cheese
Cajun Chicken
Lettuce
Tomato
Thousand Island Dressing
Diced Onion
Kaitaia Fire Hot Sauce.

I ate about one third of it for lunch and will probably share some and eat the rest for dinner.
It tasted quite awesome.

BBQ tofu, raw sprouted lentil salad, and sweet & sour red cabbage.

For the lentil salad I sprouted a BUNCH of lentils then used two cups of those with some diced red onion, diced red bell pepper, and chopped parsley. The dressing is just lemon juice and pink Himalayan salt.

Pink salt. Fancy.

Apple-and-maple-smoked sausage, mixed baby greens salad, orange for dessert.

I only use pink Himalayan salt or Celtic sea salt when I cook at home.

Gruel. Like seriously. My stomach is fucked lately and I'm going to take it easy for a few days.

Gruel tonight, Gruel tomorrow, then maybe some toast.

I am living the dream.

Dude this sounds like you grew them on your own body. If so, where can I get some of these humalentils?

I would make fish all the time if I had a reliable source.

Where do you live? Surely there's a market around somewhere.

edit: also I wasn't feeling particularly creative so I had cod fillet in butter, flour and salt with french fries and corn.
