I got a tuna po' boy (to them, essentially a tuna steak sandwich. not even on a sub) from a sushi restaurant and while it was really good it was also kinda weird eating a hoity toity po boy

the tuna steak was served rare and it was definitely the best quality tuna I ever had. really fresh. fresh fish tastes so good eat fresh fish, fish are bugs

damn pulits you eat like a king!

I know. I have this philosophy of giving my body the best I can, it's the only one I have (no homo/pholosphy shit, true story).

Also Pulits that's awesome. I will have to learn how to make sashimi (fish..... AND KNIFE??!?)

The preparation is really easy. I preffer to buy the fish frozen, slice it frozen and wait, make sure to cut it carefully. Sashimi is just served with soy sauce (I preffer low sodium soy sauce) and sometimes jasmin rice. The way I like to serve it is (as like the picture) is with thin slices of jalapeño, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, maybe some limon.

The hard part imo, is choosing the right ingredients. It needs to be top quality fish and must have certain hygiene standards in order for you to eat it raw.

I am having fennel and orange salad with orange vinaigrette (homemade), gardein "chicken" breasts with a side of kale, and then raw raspberry tiramisu (dont' know why it's called tiramisu it has nothing in common with tiramisu).

My dad hasn't been feeling well so me and my brother paid him a visit.  We had sauteed asparagus, zucchini, onions, a small portion of diced beef and rice.  It was pretty tasty and the company was good.
