Just mostly stuff thrown together. Whole grain rice with vindaloo sauce, chili pepper, and cajun pepper. Peas (because I couldn't find lentils at the store) and chorizo mixed in. There really wasn't much pepper added, I just sprinkled some on top.
As for the haddock pieces.. I think it was "peppered lemon" or something like that, and damn was it ever good. As good as battered grocery store fish can get! The goop on the left is just hastily made homemade tartar sauce.
Now to go kick back and relax with a post-supper beer.
