I had Carbonara but the traditional kind rather than the cream loaded kind. It actually owns.

Mix of Pancetta and Streaky Bacon and as many types of cheese as possible (don't use too much salt if you're going heavy parmesan as that shit will blow yo head off) until it reaches the quota.
Basically fry up your onions/pancetta/bacon/garlic with the olive oil and set it aside covered. Cook your spaghetti or fettucini and drain. While it's cooking whisk two eggs with your cheese and a good helping of pepper (a chopped birdseye chilli doesn't go astray if you like a bit of heat either) and pour over the drained pasta when ready. The heat will cook the egg mixture perfectly, just make sure to keep mixing it together and give it a couple of minutes. Add the onions/pancetta/bacon/garlic and the tablespoon of cream and stir vigorously and serve immediately.
Seriously, easy as shit and gets the ladies going like "yeah this is okay but I like it when it has a pound of cream in it". That's a Tizzle guarantee.
