Who cares? As fatty said, kids look at each other's "stuff" as they're curious about the bodies of others. At least most do- some may be embarrassed. Whatever. Maybe he was just showing off. Frankly you shouldn't worry about it. It at least shows he's not uncomfortable around you guys. One move does not usually an answer make. Threat or opportunity? You decide.
*Edit* If you hope he is, this is your opportunity to ask- or give him a compliment if you like what you saw! If not, then let the matter drop and see what happens.
