my current WIP album is like 56 minutes in length so I am thinking I might get round to releasing it. Thing is I am curious about promotion/download sites interms of how I can reach the largest audience. I mean it's post-AMT psyche rock so it's hardely COMMERCIAL POTENTIAL, but having something like an itunes page with my noise rock on would be kinda good interms of like SEE I AM TAKING THIS SERIOUSLY, and the odd 25p or whatever shit I make in a year is still 25p which I have made through music sales, and so means I am technichally in the music industry, which is a much better thing to say other than 'student'.

So I dunno, My previous albums had appauling quality, but the sound is so much better this time around (thankfully due partly to using an ibanez Jem rather than a fucking fender squire), but it's still amatuer and has a limited audience of people who take acid and dream of electric tapirs.
but at the same time, I have been making and releasing music now for like 4 years, so I feel it's kinda time to DO SOMETHING with it.

Or maybe this one should be free like usual and my next one be released on itunes and shit, because that one will be slightly more conventional(it will have songs, like this acid drenched velvet underground/amt influenced cover of 'house of the rising sun' I am playing with)

Just found out today I'm being sued by the idiot that slammed in to me and my car. A year ago.

Well wish me luck because I'm going to need it I got a few things stack against me. Like i was taking a left hand turn but she was speed I know she was it was 25 mph and it destroyed my car and I stopped when I notice she was gaping the distinct at incredible speed (witch hit my driver side since I caught it in the beginning of the turn.  ). I couldn't of backed up since there was a taxi cab behind me. Wish I was able to avoid this mess but I will love for you to wish me luck. (BTW still got a year because you know the lawyer going to delay it.)

I don't own anything so what's the worst she can do too me. just asking just in case she pulls this off.

PS I know she could of came to a complete stop because of a car that was going as fast as her was able to make a stop. hell for what's it worth I stopped because of the other car because I could of passed the first lane in time but the 2nd car would of had me in the back end. So I just stopped there and prayed to god she knew how to use a brake but apparently she didn't.should of took my chances since ironically the car in the 2nd lane stopped.

dude a lesson I've learned over the years is NEVER EVER EVER call the police for ANYTHING unless you are completely one hundred percent sure it is a dire life and death situation and there is absolutely nothing else you can do on your own. And even then don't tell them anything except what is strictly necessary to help you out and otherwise stay the fuck out of the way and don't say anything.

thats just me, I mean I wouldn't call them if someone was trying to kill me personally unless I thought for sure I was gonna get got but thats just me.

Do you still have pending charges or is there a new development in that situation?

I don't know... I never got a ticket. or anything.... Never took a look at the police report. Also I did not meat with the lawyer yet since he is on vacation but I will find out when he gets back since I'm need to talk to him.(or more like he needs to talk to me.)

Not really. I haven't spoken to my lawyer (jamie's dad) since I told him about it and I just paid him half a grand then and signed his contract thingy. I called him today to see if I have to go to court on the 25th or if he's gonna take care of it because its my first appearance and reminded him I still have to go to work in feb so I won't be able to go to my next court date till april. I had to leave a message and he hasn't called me back.

I'm supposed to go to court on the 25th though and I get my car back on the 25th or around then and I'm going to see the drive by truckers in downtown pensacola on the 26th. A guy I know says he knows them and my cousin met some of them with him so I might get to meet them but he might be bullshitting. no one else has really heard about them around here either.

They told me that some guy from hooty and the blowfish, "hoots" made the band "the drive-by truckers" or paid for it or something and they met him and some other dude from it. I looked up on wikipedia and neither one of "the hooty and the blowfish" guys are named or nicknamed "hoots" and no one except "the drive by truckers" are in or made "the drive by truckers". I don't know where they got that shit from but they both knew that band and neither of them ever listen to that kind of obscure non radio music and they are convinced that they hung out with them before. I'm gonna show my cousin a video of them and ask him which one he met.
