Yeah, My feet and knees are occasionally mildly sore. I also occasionally lock my knees, I'll try to avoid that, thanks for the tip. I'm somewhat overweight still and standing hasn't caused me to lose any weight, but I haven't gained any either. Considering we just finished the holidays (lots of sugar and fatty foods pushed by family), I'll consider it a mild victory. Then again my hunger is just as rampant and I lack the interest/will to give up delicious food. And I don't enjoy exercise, but not because its painful, that is not a problem. I find exercise incredibly boring and I like, have A.D.D. or something.
I find it pretty boring too, but I just do it anyway bc I want the benefits and I'm unhealthy enough by disease without making it worse for myself. occasionally I'll listen to music or watch something
when college is in I also get exercise on my commute, a couple miles a day either walking or on a bike. and when I'm at my parents' I'm always doing some sort of physical work outside. so it might be easiest just wo work in some physical exercise somewhere, rather than designate a set exercise time. or start skateboarding or mountainbiking
actually everyone should check out pump tracks.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fofuwA2iOfE pumping is a pretty new 'sport', it's easy to get into, doesn't really require skill, and is a really vigorous full-body workout. the first time I did it I was pretty much beat after 15 minutes. it's surprisingly fun
