Yes, i grew too impatient, but i still watch the anime (well, obviously), its like a manga but for lazy people, that and it  is animated and so i can still see it and like it (despite knowing whats going to happen)

Ha ha, yeah, I am the same way.  I just wanted to keep on going so I switched to the Manga. I  still watch the Anime when ever a new episode comes out, though.

I think I will take another 3 year hiatus from Bleach. Watching it is only worth it in short bursts when you can ignore fillers at your leisure. The week by week thing is not working for me.

Anyway,

Ha! That's what I get for not reading the manga for a few months. :3

EDIT:

Aha! Now, the wording of this sentence implies that you have taken a previous hiatus of similar length. However, this is not possible! Bleach has only been airing for JUST over three years as is (2004-10-05, according to ANN). The first MAJOR fillers were introduced in the form of the Bount arc, though you could argue that the Soul Society arc featured a few as well. Soul Society arc starts at... episode 20? 19? Somewhere around there. That's 20/4 = 5 months (20 = episode number, 4 = number of episodes per month). The fillers for Soul Society didn't even really come in until 35 or so anyway. This is when you could have taken your break, leaving you no room for a three year break.

Let's say you're talking about the Bount arc; I will assume you are because I recall having heard/seen you express your distaste at the arc previously. That starts at ROUGHLY 70 episodes in. Somewhere around 68 or something, isn't it? I'm not entirely sure, tbh, and I can't be bothered checking, so feel free to correct me on this. 70/4 = ~17 months, which is a year and five months. Now, accounting for the fact that occasionally there is week without an episode, we'll subtract 8 episodes from that amount. This brings us down to 1 year and 3 months, which leaves you with again no room for a three year break.

So! You cannot take "another" 3 year hiatus from Bleach (is that even the right word to use? Break or something along the same lines would be a better choice, I am thinking)! Another break, to be sure, but not a 3 year one. :rite:

I am not trying to call you out and be a dick or whatever, just something I noticed that annoyed me. Over-analyzing? Reading in it too much? Definitely. But it provides, at most, an incredibly mildly amusing break from studying for my finals.

I started the series when it did... then dropped it at 7 or so when I realized there was a whole lot of nothing going on. I had given up on it by then. I picked it up again about two months ago and watched it all within the span of a few days after I found out what Bleach was really about... got caught up.. and then got bored again. It's a pretty simple concept.

Way to be a dick about it though.

Alright then. The way you worded it just intrigued my mind, that's all.

And sorry about being a dick! Not really the intention (though how could it really be interpreted as anything but?), but w/e.

I totally loved 149. It was just, like, the perfect mix of everything, and I'm glad they went back to non-filler for the last few minutes. The animation was great, though, except for a few select places... overall, though, fantastic episode, one of the best in weeks.

The fights were pretty well animated which impressed me. It's cool that the fillers are over.

Yeah, this episode was pretty good. The fights were nicely animated and it was, overall, a good episode.

I agree with Ohlichris, can't wait for those fights to start up!

Episode 150 was pretty good. Though it lacked action, it was still a very nice episode. Now I got to wait another week! =|
