I can understand how all you guys don't like the pacing since you read the manga. I fucking hate the pacing, and I don't read the manga, so I think that says that there is something clearly fucking wrong with the picture.

Here is a good question I've never heard asked before.

How come we don't get two chapteres of manga as compared to the 2 episode special in the anime?

Because the anime's pacing is shit and the manga's pacing isn't? 

I tell you, I'm getting really sick of the erratic airing schedule lately. We've had two episodes in 5 weeks. -_-

yea, it sucked. sucked as in wasn't really any better than the last two. Yea there was a 30 second action scene but it was just,.... not very actiony. At least they moved the plot forward (i guess since i didn't know what the fuck they said (raw) but they had dramatic faces and poses so i guess it was plot related.)

Subbed release is out, and i can already guess what the action scene is (don't ask) sigh, the anime pacing is really starting to piss me off.

I agree with DS - the animation and general style of things was great! For example, Naruto giggling around, trying to take a lok at Kakashi's face, an the whole "Later" jumping thing from Tusnade, it feels.. strong again. And Chouji was just as badass as I didn't expect him to be. Good stuff, let's hope it keeps up!

Yeah man, the animation was pretty great this episode. I think you may've missed out with the raw and not being able to understand it, Laz, I dunno. I liked how they re-introduced everyone too. I dunno, I just thought it was pretty good in general.
