I have played it actually. And I did notice this once I saw the space jump and whatnot.

I don't think I've ever gotten the chef power though, heh.

Really? Well, it was pretty rare I suppose. Of course in Super Star the chef power didn't launch enemies into the air after boiling them alive, but other than that it's very true to the game.

You can only get the Chef power-up from the little Chef mini-bosses.

Anyway, I thought Star Fox's Final Smash pretty over the top, I mean summoning a fucking tank?

You get the Chef power in the first Dyna-Blade stage, at the very end, and there are a lot of enemies after the Chef point for you to test your power. One time use only, though. But anyway, it's a really awesome Final Smash!

I know we've talked about the possibility of a playable Brawl demo in October, but Nintendo has just come out with some actual info about it:

On October 18th (the start of E for All), Brawl will be playable. They're also showing an assload of other games. The updates during E for All are going to be pretty crazy. I imagine a bunch of double and triple updates.

Heh, she's also the character whose theme in Warioware Touched caused something of a stir because of the "hidden message" when you play through the record quickly. :P

And her theme in Brawl is jawesome.

I wonder what the chances of Ashley joining the cast are? Normally I'd consider it baseless speculation....but I know there's been some talk about how skewed the gender ratio is, and it's not like Nintendo has a ton of (fairly) popular female characters to draw from, short of just filling the thing with chicks from Zelda and Fire Emblem.
