Also it's cool how you can map your messages; for the three messages i'll have "Everyone go for (x, y or z... My friends' names.)" So all my friends will know to team up on that other person who's doing well. Online is going to be the fucking best.

This new system is good in a way... and bad. I liked having a team of 3 ganging up on a Bowser with insane handicap (he was really hard to knock off). Doesn't look like you can do that in this new system.

You make your own, buddy. You type 'em in for your set control scheme, along with your name and preferred controller, and they go with the taunts you selected them to go with.

I never ever used handicaps in any of the other games, so this is just meh for me, but I guess it could make for some interesting matches.

I'm pretty sure earlier on they said you can only choose from pre-set ones?

Or was that just for random matches? I remember they definitely do not allow you to say anything you want to anyone you want.

I believe in random online games, your text doesn't show up at all, but in games with your friends they show up just as you wrote them.
