Fox News reports that if the baby was conceived in Spears' home state of Louisiana, the act could technically be considered "felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile."

Louisiana law defines this unlawful carnal knowledge as "sexual intercourse with consent between someone age 19 or older and someone between age 12 and 17."

In Louisiana a person can only legally consent to sex at age 17. If aged 15 or 16, the other person involved must be no more than two years older for the act to be considered legal.

But Aldridge wouldn't fare much better if the "carnal" act happened in California, where Spears lives while on the set of her Nickelodeon TV show Zoey 101.

The Californian Penal Code states that any person who engages in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor under 18 who is not more than three years younger than the perpetrator, is guilty of a misdemeanour and faces up to one year in a county jail.

But Californian criminal defence attorney Jim Hammer says: "If Aldridge is actually more than three years older he could be up for a felony, which carries a maximum three years in prison.”

Meanwhile, Jamie Lynn says she believes she'll be a good mother: "I love babies, and I have my nephews that I love.

"I have a great mom and she has raised three kids, so if I take lessons from her, I think I'll be great."

Well I cant say hes funny but it was pretty funny to laugh at him when he was little. He weighed the same but was about 3 feet shorter, his voice was about 10 times squeakier, and he talked the same way/with the same accent.
Though I can say I like him better than the other kid, drake. Hes a giant penis. Specially since his name is Drake wtf

I think television is a good tool for promoting sex. If you watch MTV or most channels you are constantly presented with a reality where sex is normal, sex is frequent, and if you're not having sex then you're a loser. I watched MTV for ten minutes today and it made me feel like I need to sleep with 100 more women or else I have failed at life. I can only imagine what it must do to an impressionable mind that is younger than the people on MTV who look at them, not necessarily as a role model, but as an EXAMPLE of what life must be like. I would even venture to say that godless cavemen, uninhibited by Christian guilt, did not even have sex so ubiquitous in their culture.

I kind of think it's sad how kids can't experience just a few years of post pubescent innocence before they start humping each other. They're sort of missing out on a unique phase of their lives.

I didn't even know who that chick was. But then again I don't watch those kiddie live action shows. See in Canada we have the "Family Channel" which gets all of the Disney and Nickelodeon reject shows. What's pedo about the "Naked Brothers Band?"? I mean, it sounds perverse... but I've seen it on YTV (another kid's channel in Canada) but it didn't seem pedo.

What's pedo about the Naked Brothers Band is that their music and singing (and fact that there is a cello player in the band but their songs never have cello what is going on) is so bad that it makes you want to rape someone, and sometimes a child is the only person nearby.

edit: oh god i hate talking about lazytown ever because it makes me seem ridiculous always but it's virtually gone from existance in america because we'd rather our kids watch fucking drug trips like yo gabba gabba or hands with eyeballs doing nothing in particular than learn to exercise and eat right (which we never do) so it's almost impossible to see lazytown anymore at all, other countries are still showing it plenty but nickelodeon pretty much said "nah fuck that yo gabba gabba is where to go"

Yeah but during the show he got skinny so like the first seasons he's fat the other seasons he's not. It's kinda weird when that happens in the show because people get to know someone by how they look then they turn around and get skinny.

as for teens nowadays, well I have been living up in Hull recently while at university and apparently a lot of the girls round there get pregnant just so they can claim benefits. Somebody said that on the bus they heard two girls discussing how they can't wait to get pregnant so they can claim benefits. its really quite depressing, and takes money away form the more deserving, not to mention the total disregard for another's human being, ie the babies, wellbeing. Yeah it does seem like some of these shows are forcing a shallow veiw of life on children today, especially girls (although I don't think TV has anything to do with the aforementioned situation).
