Well... she does have different swords (katanas) that you can't get with Cervantes so maybe she has a longer reach?

But I'm sticking with Cervantes... I usually win 3-0 online but I do get a close battle here and there. Gonna see how far I can go until I get my 2nd loss... Pretty much on pace for 150-2 though

Oh, and when unlocking the Apprentice as Darth Vader, I was going nuts... Apprentice jumps around does these explosions and is generally crazy, and Darth was just like... swing sword, choke choke, heavy sword swing Your Powers Are Weak. heh

Seems kinda shit that you gotta pay $5 just to get Vader... I'll get him still but... That's a bad price.

I did fight someone on a ranked match the other day who did use Vader and he was my latest win... Suffice to say he did catch me off guard initially with his projectile special move but I still destroyed the guy 3-1 to bring me to my latest 75-1 record. Close but there ain't no cigar foo'!

I wouldn't be surprised if the DLC we've seen so far is all on disc too. I'll bet you anything that there will be a Christmas package.

It's ridiculous that they have "weapon packages" up which just unlocks the weapons for you. Who would pay for that??

I can't stand it. Paying extra money for shit already on the disc? Sorry, if you're going to (for some reason) withhold certain content on the game, it had better be free. I downloaded the Halloween pack before I knew this, and on top of that there were only like four pieces of equipment in there. Also five dollars for a single character that's also on the disc. Jesus Christ, their microtransaction model is a nightmare.

The code and the data that makes him appear in the blank slot of the character select screen by default (and probably a bunch of useless junk to help make it seem more real). But he's fully playable otherwise and you can just use a cheat device to force the game to display Darth Vader/Yoda in that slot for 5$ cheaper. They're ripping anyone who buys it off, it's a common marketing scheme with DLC right now. They withhold content and then add it in later, effectively selling you an incomplete game. They're doing this with Fable 2 (they took some armors out and they'll resell them later), etc. It's pretty dumb.

lol, I just played as Yoda. He's hilarious. I noticed quickly how weak he is, and the speed/stature hardly make up for it. He's basically on tier with Darth Vader, except that his throw is... actually a throw, not a setup for special moves. Unfortunately, Yoda is no where near as fun as Darth. Especially for his after-battle quotes. "the force is my ally" and shit is just sad next to when Vader tells a skeleton "Your powers are weak", despite the fact it... was... a...skeleton... God I laughed at that.

Gameshark exists for PlayStation 3 and X-Box 360, but you more or less have to hack the actual disk itself (which is beyond me) which is how the people originally found that content and made it available (and had it all taken down, Namco had the vid the hackers put up taken down off of YouTube, yay.). But since it's on the disk, a Gameshark code is easily possible as well. (if someone figures it out)

Yeah, I tested Yoda for a whole five minutes before I laughed and turned the game off, realizing how cheated 360 owners have been for a few months. Vader is much better than Yoda.
