Well, most if not all sites that claim that SUAJ:G is a horrible game seem to be referring to the old RPG Maker 2003 version, as that is the only video they ever have. And I'll admit, the rpg maker version doesn't exactly scream 'amazing', especially with the broken font and basic battle animations such as the fire breath animation and stiff battlechar movement.

I like how the comments about Barkley in that blog post are all positive when compared to the other games. They also seem to be confused as to why it's even their in the first place.. Priceless.

The youtube vids were from rpg2k3? My god it looks good even then...

I think they mean the trailers, I'm pretty sure most of the videos on youtube are of the non-RM one.

Just wanted to mention that I picked up PC Gamers Big Book of Free of the magazine rack today, and found this game on pg. 15. Pretty cool that it's gained so much attention.

I've been playing the game for about 2 hours now, up to the keycard part

, awesome game.

Some very minor bugs I noticed were:
* Spelling mistake, Blue keycard machine says to insert red keycard.
* The 'win' battle music keeps looping, which doesn't sound good if your characters have leveled up and it plays again.

I'm surprised at how interesting the story is and how it takes itself so seriously.

I used to be fantastic_games if anyone remembers me, though I didn't contribute much I loved this site to death.

I don't know if anyone's posted this but in PC Gamer's Summer 2009 edition (titled the Big Book of Free) Barkley is one of the games they list. It's even one of the bigger sidebar ones. It's on Page 15 if someone wants to see it but not buy the whole magazine.
