I like where this is going but aren't you afraid to get a lawsuit? Especially if you make a DS version and try to make money off it. Aside from that, nice game. I only played a little bit yet, but I like it.

Also, was this made in Gamemaker or RM2k3?

I think it was game maker. I know it wasn't RM. You can't have 8-degree walking in RM, unfortunately.

if anyone makes a DS version it would be free and probably only playable if you have one of those cards needed to play roms on the ds(there are a bunch of other homebrew ds games that do the same, many of them probably more likely to get sued then SUaJ).

It was made in Gamemaker.
