It's their joke on me with regards to my verbosity and common habit of over-analyzing things.  Thus, to make the joke true, they have each, in their own way, portrayed me in their various ways.  I find it amusing to a degree; however, I think that they will still fall short of truly emulating myself.  I don't say this to be pretentious, but rather you can notice subtle, oft drastic, differences between their manner of speech (or lexical output, if you want to be weird) and my own.

Here's a step by step for those who are still unaware of what happened (the news is spreading quickly and rumours are beginning to appear).

As the Zoo Moderator, it's my job to check what goes up on the zoo and make sure everyone is abiding by the rules. For the most part everyone does that.

A few nights ago I was going through the logs, and I noticed there were some hidden files. Upon checking out what they were... I was pretty disgusted. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't like CHILDREN. It was young teens (14ish). Some people don't have a problem with that... we do. So I tracked the IP and found out who it was, and had a private discussion with the admins about what to do.

DragonSlayer had known for a short while but ramirez had promised to get rid of it all. This is why AvalancheStudios was being shut down. He's... pretty shaken up by this.

The whole 15TB thing was an exaggerated estimate... but it was a lot.

So the admins and a few of the mods, (omeg, bunnymilk, jeff, ase and myself) discussed the problem and decided we needed to take action before things got worse. And that's why this has happened.

The mod FTP and zoo are on the same server, just in case you're wondering.

Well you can't really wrong rami as a lot of you folks aren't fully aware of the details. What you know is small hints in general terms and it really isn't enough to judge a person. I'm also appalled by how a lot of you turned against ramirez regardless of all the things he did for you in the past. ramirez is, afterall, a human. Humans have needs, desires, sins, and other dark secrets that are best left in the dark. I think anyone who judges ramirez is a hypocrite because they should judge themselves.

So, any news on who's going to replace you, ramirez?

If he wanted it off of his computer he could of just hid it on disc somewhere, I mean uploading stuff makes it obvious and easy to trace.
