I think the fact that it was twenty hours was the decision maker, not the fact it was classical music. I don't see that happening in one sitting, so he'd have to drive back and forth however many times to finish his time off, time which could be spent doing more enjoyable things, or even just working that fine off.

Dogs can be scary if it's a strangers dog. Unless you know how to tell how a dog's acting at a glance whether it's charging at you or barking or what have you, then it's perfectly justifiable to react in kind out of fear from a dog doing something like running at you at seemingly full speed.

Of course there is exceptions, when my dog runs he takes a continuous dump while he runs, so I don't know how menacing he'd look to a stranger.

A tool is a tool regardless. I mean if you suck, you suck, and not even the most perfect tool could save you. And if your damn good then even with the worst tool ever conceived you could chug out some high quality shit.

Holy shit, I was all ready to post a defense for the cop (I know everyone here is anti-authority, ho ho ho) but after watching the video, it is crystal clear that was an unprovoked shooting. It's not even an aggressive breed of dog.
