a lot of old games could be remade really easily and still be fantastic. duke nukem 3d's default controls are hellish. porting the entire game professionally to a newer engine, not CRYSIS level but even like an old unreal engine would make an extremely sellable game.

I'm surprised nobody did it with the source engine tbh like people are with goldeneye and half life 1 etc
