We know people here somewhat better and probably even care about them. I dunno I'm not a big fan of this topic but we've got history together and ideally there's some discussion that could come from this (I don't know that any has). But yea it seems like we've kind of reached a point in GW where we know each other well enough to give a shit. Maybe uh focusing it or whatever would be better and keeping some of the frivolous shit out (my... shoes or girlfriend gulp) but regardless we're at least a little past random person on the street, and if we aren't with someone already it isn't ridiculous to think we could be.

While I agree that this topic could be attention whoring, and that it may not be very psychology beneficial for people tell everyone about this, telling them they're wrong is much worse. Seriously, mkk's like "I got raped" and panda and others are just like, "fuck you attention whore, this topic is horrribbbllllle" that's fucked up even if she's being an attention whore, and even if she's a shitty person or whatever (I don't know enough about her, but she hates gays so...).

okay i agree but no one in this topic is doing or saying anything like this so i don't understand why you keep acting like we are. no one has even really approached this topic as if anything in it wasn't true. what we are all talking about is the overdramatization and potential reasons behind posting stuff like this. beyond that, though, there's a big difference between accusing every random woman of lying about rape and recognizing that yes, it actually does happen fairly frequently.

steel made a long livejournal about how he felt suicidal about one girl who really fucked him up and the livejournal spanned for many months and in some posts he would almost accumulate like 50 E-PROPS comments. i dont think he was doing anything bad, but i dont think mkkypet is doing anything bad for saying that she was forced to do a bj to someone which is probably worse than going to court.
