Well, IMO, two of the three or four main problems in the tribe have been thrown out. Gillian was just extra baggage and Michelle was too "pretty". I see GC and Susie probably getting the shaft here soon, though.

Why is everyone hating on this season so far? It has only been TWO episodes. I mean, I don't know about posters elsewhere, but I was at least entertained. I was glad that old bitch Gillian left, but I wish Michelle was still here. Her bitchiness and contant bitterness would've made the show fun for a while.

I don't have anyone I'm rooting for yet, but by the second episode, I never do. I feel like some people are letting Jeff Probst's apparent dislike for this season influence how they feel about it. I didn't watch any pre-show interviews or see the cast beforehand...so maybe that's why I didn't immediately hate it like some people did (some were already hating the season after like 25 minutes... >.>).

Survivor's worst seasons to me are Thailand and Vanuatu, and this season's start isn't even close to how shitty those seasons started (Vanu eventually gained steam...Thailand never did). And Fiji was another season filled with disgusting assholes. I don't see these players (so far) becoming that tasteless.

I never knew Probst had dislike. My dislike stemmed from the first episode solely. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Thailand had Shii Ann, right? That's about as far as I watched. The only seasons I REALLY liked as a whole were Marquesas and the one with Jenna and Heidi's PB and chocolate deal.

Amazon and Marqueses were both great, especially Marqueses where everyone was a character (like China).

Thailand had Shii Ann. I was young when it aired, but after she was voted out, I have absolutely no memory of it. I guess I quit too.

Micronesia didn't hook me from the start either, but the endgame was awesome, even if Cirie didn't win (But Parvati was always my backup -- thank god it wasn't Amanda), so I'm willing to give this season a shot.

But Michelle <3 She will be missed.

Marquesas was my personal favorite all the way up to Paschal's "elimination". Worst. Twist. Ever.

Actually it was smart. Jacque already had a tight alliance with Marcus, Charlie and Corrine (although Fang didn't know that). However, Ace and Sugar were most definitely going to stick with Jacque, for they showed no interest in having anything at all to do with Kelly (probably for good reason, but still).

If even Fang lost every challenge from here on, at least they'd still have the numbers. Besides, Jacque and Kelly were interchangeable to me.

Oh, I agree. Ace would've been a better choice, but I guess they want to keep him around for a while to help them win challenges, and then dump him before the merge.

Sugar blindsiding Ace was beyond epic! And the lead-up to that moment was icing on the cake when they showed Sugar being loyal to Ace.
