Too be completely honest, alot of this season feels like theres alot of gaps and loopholes spread throughout most of the episodes.. e.g. why didnt Hiro simply freeze time when searching for the psychic around his cabin instead of letting him constantly knock him out with a shovel.. c'mon

Good point about Peter. I think he has to witness the power before he can use it and his dad just caught him off guard.

I thought the episode was alright but i agree looking forward to the one in two weeks. Looks like they pretty close to getting rid of the season two characters. Maya is probably done, unless see come up later just as a love intrest. Murray, Bob, Monroe are all dead. West and Monica have yet to be seen in this season. So that leaves Elle, so i'm hoping see doesn't die in the next few episodes.

I totally agree. This season is sooo boring compared to the last 2. I often feel like nothing significant happened in an episode, and its getting irritating that they're just slowly progressing the plots with no real cliffhangers. Its only these few characters that are keeping me interested as their stories are intriguing. Hiro's act is getting so typical its gone from comical to just boring. I'm sick of Claire being a massive emo about everything and pulling that same sad face over and over. Peter seems to make retarded mistake after the next, Mohinder is as typical as ever. The whole 'omg its Peter's dad we thought he was dead!' thing is getting kind of old too. So far he's been a useless character, and it probably would've been more interesting if Noah just went evil and ran Pinehearst (and then we found out that he infact had the power to take abilities).

Anyway, [/rant].

I feel kinda disapointed with this latest episode and the only real part I enjoyed was Elle holding hands with Claire.. Hiro didnt do anything at all in this episode apart from whine and eat some paste... and im still hating Mohinder in this season, hes cool as the narrator but thats about it now.

One thing that's starting to bug me is the way they go about letting someone know they have a power. Instead of just saying "I can freeze things" or whatever, they get all dramatic and use their power on something then look at the person with the same expression as everyone else who does it. I mean I know they probably want to squeeze as many flashy power effects (not flying, bleh) whenever possible, but it's really cheesy.

well i doubt anyone would believe you if you just went up to them and said "yo i can freeze things" because their response would just be like "dude that was really random/thats bullshit"

I don't know if this has been mentioned already, but what happened to the Irish girl Peter left in the future?  Are they gonna address that, or will it become another gaping plot hole?

she disappeared when that future disappeared and nobody cares about her.

You mean no one that watches the show or none of the characters in the show? (I imagine it's both)


In any case, while I don't like her character all that much that doesn't make it OK to just throw away a character without giving them an end or bringing some actual closure. I mean... it really fucking annoying...
