because they hand coded this from scratch...

they didn't dump the rom image from the cartridge and then demake it or anything, this is a completely coded from scratch game, how are they supposed to release a ROM? It's not like this is running in an emu or anything. *is confused* maybe i misunderstand what you mean tho...
