I went to see jennifer's body last night and I was so amused it was hilariously funny.

Can i just say the people bitching about it being a shit movie are retarded - the whole point of the film is that it is satitirical of the horror genre. If you went into the cinema expecting to be scared or something you are completely stupid and should throw yourself into a well. It is a perfect parody of all the shitty teen slasher films that take themselves seriously and was well worth my £5 cinema ticket compared to shit like Transformers 2 where they probably spent 200x more on the film and it was 200x as ass.

I didn't go in with any expectation I was just going to see it cause a girl I know wanted to and it was most enjoyable. Go see it.

Saw Inglourious basterds yesterday and was really suprised at how good it was. The gore and gimick side of it was few and far between compared to slow burning scenes of dialogue and tension built through some awesome characters! But when he did have some of that stuff, it was incredibly hilarious haha. I dont want to ruin the movie for anyone who hasn't seen it, but the ending in the cinema is absolute gold haha. The rest of the movie felt a lot like an old 60s spagetti western or a conversation movie from the 70. For instance, the begining scene was clearly a homage to the good the, the bad and the ugly opening scene. It's actually kind of refreshing to see a really slow paced movie these days.

I dunno, I can't think of a movie that is just more BLAH to me over this whole year. WE TAKIN' THE BENTLEY jesus christ. And driving the limo through the falling-apart-as-we-speak building, how WELL TIMED it was OH LOOK I PULLED UP JUST AS THE WORLD IS FALLING APART OH SHIT. And the megavolcano was... argh! Yeah I dunno. The characters were bland as shit (and jesus christ there were too many of them (film could've functioned FINE without those fucking pair on the cruise ship!)) and urgh. I really could not like that movie, and I went into it thinking "hey this could be fun (but probably won't be (but could be))". I mean I wasn't determined to hate it but that's how I came out.
