Jaffer, looks pretty good. I imagine a lot of work making all those numbers with charactersets. I just think you should do color shifting when equipments give better or worse status. For you who made all that, making just some characters coloring would be a challenge.

Vivi, I like it. Pretty nostalgic tho :P

Craze, I ilke the RTP edits. Just try to make something with that ladder cause it is kinda strange. .-.

It's actually a picture based menu lol.  Map based menus are for sissies >:[
But I can try.  It'll actually be fairly difficult considering the way I made the menu qq~

CMS - 99% (What if something happens!)
CBS - ~5% - Mostly just (really poor) sprite work!

Desperately in need of a spriter~

I haven't been able to code the zombies attacking or grabbing yet as I'm still thinking of how to do it! I finished the handgun & shotgun ABS, Strafing, Health HUD and I finished the Handgun HUD done. Phew... Still trying to code Burst and Full auto fire.

Yes rubbish video quality.

Making a game editor is a lot of hassle, but is definitely worth it. I am having fun with it.

That looks really awesome! I'm always really interested to see where independent game makers go.

I'm new to this site and this is a peek of my current Rm2k3 project "Dream Saga."

All of these enemies and bosses were programmed from scratch by me.

ENJOY   :fogetcool:

NOTE: These videos are from early in the game so the hero has no magic, skills, or sword magic yet. He can deflect but i'm just rushing lol.

Fighting enemies

Fighting a mini boss

A closer look

The first Nightmare boss. Lag free!

He has a beam attack!?

Hope you liked it.

Wow, AFD...  That is seriously awesome for RM2k/3.  And you say it's from early in the game?  I can only imagine what else you've got in store...

Keep up the good work.  :D

My problem with this is that there is no reason to make a sub-par ABS in 2k3 when you have, well, better tools available. How about the ABS Maker thing?

I would usually agree with craze about the software used to make such games, but I would hardly call that game sub-par, I would play that :)

I know that I like to add strategy to battles so that they're more than pressing Z, but okay. I guess dodging those slow beams is exciting for some people? Maybe I'm just not getting something.

I'd post a screenshot here so that the screenshot thread would have some screenshots, but you can just look at the Diablocide topic or one page back to see all of mine.

Oh, I'm not saying it's a crowning achievement and the game to end all games or anything.  I'm merely remarking on the fact that unlike about 99% of RM2k/3 projects, there seems to be an actual noticeable bit of effort put into this.  I couldn't really criticize it offhand, so I simply gave some praise.
