Looks good, just make sure you disable having a transparent color when you select Show Picture, because you can see an empty spot in the middle of the two torches or lights or whatever.

Based on the FF6 Siegfried, obviously. I had to create a sprite for him based on his FF6 incarnation since he did not appear in FF4 or FF5.

I suspected that, but I wasn't sure. Thanks for mentioning it, I'll definitely lighten it up a little to match the other wooden tiles.

That water on the world map looks wierd, but otherwise the rest is great.
