I was on the sister ship of this one, in the same area and doing the same shit. I didn't say what kind of boats were messing with the ship but my money is on chinese fishing boats, which is funny as shit because they can barely stay afloat.

Also I had to report those exact same low fliers, this is so weird. But yeah chinese ships/boats are always following those ships around because they're trying to expand their borders and don't want their sub traffic known.

Edit: I don't think I'm giving anything important away because its already all over the news and the chinese def know which ones do what just from those planes so. Also I didn't have a security clearance when I found this stuff out so I don't think it matters.

Yeah I just re watched it and saw the pics those are def fishing boats doing the shit. They'd drop some garbage infront of us and they're generally pretty bad about dumping trash in the ocean but I guess they didn't have all those pallets or whatever they were using.

Those aren't murderboats, they had to let out firehoses to get the boats to fuck off and that really didn't work. That boat should have had a security detachment to deal with that shit though.

they're (china) trying to widen their borders and are attempting to force people out with military escorts ect.. Just because they don't want anyone there, especially US military trying to find their subs.

imo someone is trying to draw attention to china or some shit because thats not really anything. I guess its an incident, but the "effective" lost its steering gear and had to hand steer into a Californian harbor (I'm pretty sure from Guam) and I don't think that was in the news at all.

What was the spy ship doing there in the first place? I'm pretty sure the U.S. would be pretty pissed off if teh Chinese sent a spy ship to find American subs, even if the Chinese ships remained in international waters.
