As a rule anything with happy, better, or any nice adjectives or verbs in webcomics means it's either bleak, depressing, serious, or a gag comic most of the time. Out of an attempt at whit.
A tool is a tool regardless. I mean if you suck, you suck, and not even the most perfect tool could save you. And if your damn good then even with the worst tool ever conceived you could chug out some high quality shit.

I've been reading questionable content (from the start) off and on for the last week out of some sort of morbid fascination. It's such a GARBAGE webcomic, and the creator such a douchebag that I can't help but be intrigued. He posts the most obnoxious shit in the news section of his website. and the entire comic seems to be about EVERY GIRL fawning over MARTEN, the dreamy starving emo dickwad. Sorry, indie hipster. Also female character despite being like 25, refers to men as "boys" all the time like some junior high girl. There's so much about the strip that irks me, there's like a compulsion to continue reading and hurting myself.

Wow it kind of grosses me out that that strip is done by a guy.  I guess I never really thought about it but I probably would have guessed girl!

It might actually be a girl, I don't know, all i see is J. JACQUES plastered everywhere and I have no clue if that's Jeff or Josephine or Jessica or Jean or what. It'd be a little less pathetic if it was a girl because at least then she's just made up her FANTASY GUY (Marten) and not actually channeling a secret desire to be an indie sex image.

This just in: it`s a dude http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeph_Jacques

I can`t believe he makes a fucking living off this shit, it is just so terrible.

Come to think of it, I haven't seen anyone reading Cyanide and Happiness.

It's an amazing webcomic with...different humor I guess.

it's usually hit and miscarriage jokes, just real shock value stuff. there's a few clever ones but i think one of the main designers for STICKDEATH.COM is one of the contributors.

Sadly the only webcomic I actively followed was 8-Bit Theatre... but after like 700 or so it just doesn't matter anymore...
There was a cool Sam 'n' Max webcomic though... I don't think it was long-running, but it trumped quite a few webcomix for obvious reasons!

Clevinger has publically admitted he doesn't give a shit about 8-Bit and hasn't for some time ever since Atomic Robo got into Real Comic Stores.

Can't say I blaim him. Probably what I'd do too. Stopped reading 8-bit like 3 years ago. That about sums up how often I check webcomics. Though that one about beartata and that bird is alright.

Cracked.com is always posting webcomics, but most of them suck.

Daisy Owl is the worst though.  I don't have the link for it, but it seems like every single joke in it is an inside joke.  Like you had to read the comic from the beginning to understand the characters in order to get the jokes.  I have yet to laugh at any of them.

Really, is that the punchline?  "He died the way he lived -- as laundry"?  Does someone here find that funny?  Do I just not have a sense of humor?

The other one Cracked posts is called Subnormality (yeah, you know what group of people that is already).  I'd post one of them, but they're fucking HUGE comics, with a shit ton of text.  I'm getting pretty sick of post-modern comedy.  It's not even comedy.

subnormality can do some good comics but the WORDS. like I am not one of those people, WORDS WORDS WORDS HEH TLDR but

but yeah go to the website okay! stuff like this: http://www.viruscomix.com/page382.html is actually kind of funny and then you have: http://www.viruscomix.com/page474.html

lots of words but read them.
