I would explore Cain's journey after the murder of Abel.
Was that actually a good episode that I just watched, or was I dreaming it?
Let's hope this keeps up, I'm actually looking forward to the next episode.
Im not too sure why but I felt bored through most of the first episode also expecting it to be as bad as Villains. By the end I was feeling pretty good about the show again, it didnt seem too over-the top with powers although this is just the first ep... will have to see what happens later on.
I was confused after watching this episode because there was alot which I just didnt understand or maybe I forgot from the last episode but why doesnt Hiro have any powers? Why does Peter need to touch people now in order to gain their powers instead of just being close to them? Didnt Mohinder lose his strength along with the disease he had when he got washed with the formula from Villains? Anyway so far so good with Fugitives.
Also Nemesis we dont have a lost thread because everyone on here thinks its a stupid show.. personally I love it.
Whatever power that was Sylar acquired did not look like Cryokinesis, which he gets at some point before killing the next person on that list -James Walker, Molly's dad. Technically shattering things like that could be an advanced usage of it but why not just show it directly being Cyrokinesis and fill out that nice 'plothole' of where he gained the ability to freeze Molly's dad solid before removing his brain. Then again this is Heroes I'm talking about...
Heres an odd and funny thought ive just had... when peter stood by his father before he hugged him, shouldnt he have absorbed all of his fathers powers including the one to steal someone elses abilities through touch?
Too be completely honest, alot of this season feels like theres alot of gaps and loopholes spread throughout most of the episodes.. e.g. why didnt Hiro simply freeze time when searching for the psychic around his cabin instead of letting him constantly knock him out with a shovel.. c'mon
The whole reason Peter was sent to get Sylars power was so it couldn't get taken away by his dad. I mean it's not like he randomly went to the future to get his power, he was told to get his power by someone who knew what would happen if he didn't. Makes sense.
I am enjoying this new season, but I can not be the only on who is fed up with Claire. Future Claire is, for lack of a better word, a cunt. They are trying to make her a hardass, but without any useful powers she just looks dumb. While Present Claire is a puddle of emotion that is annoying as hell. The whole Future has been bugging me, why the hell does Future Peter have the same scar. Since Hiro went into the future, wouldn't that have changed the events, however in Season 3 Future Peter still has a scar.
that future ceased to exist
