HOW ABOUT YOU WORK ON BUG / FEATURE FIXES DURRRRR
Bro.
They began working on DLC during the certification process, because during that time they cannot change or edit anything in the game.
They also have a team working on DLC and people specifically working on bug fixes, it's not like they're out there to ignore bugs.
I am unsure if they will end up doing a second one.
but the enormous negative rep Gearbox/2k are getting from the first one pretty much ensures that they will sell a drastically smaller amount of copies.
Yeah but despite this they seem to be getting a shit ton of copies being sold anyway, so I'm not sure if it's really going to stop them from making a sequel. Anyway, I for one would welcome a sequel with open arms if it improved upon what they've already given us. I'd hope that we get at least a few DLCs before a sequel anyway.
Also a cool way to play it (if you have the PC version, that is) is to dive into the ini files and try playing it in third person. It's really crazy, and kinda hard to get used to cause often your shots will hit the ground behind you instead of where you aim.
Another cool way to play through (I read this on the Gearbox Borderlands Forum) is that whenever you find a gun, no matter what it is, you pick it up and swap it for you are currently using. No comparing, no going into your inventory and changing it back. You gotta trust yourself to do this. This includes shields and grenade/class mods as well.
The reason for doing this is the intense sense of accomplishment you feel when you kill someone like
Sledge with a bad repeater you found not two minutes beforehand.
