Z.H.P. Unlosing Ranger vs. Darkdeath Evilman

It's good so far let's just say I must lose to win which is an odd gimmick.

okay i'm officially addicted to assassin's creed. i don't know shit about jerusalem or those other cities or that culture, i was never interested in that. but this game i just love it, i love walking through those crowded streets, ramming the hidden blade through someone's stomach and then walking on like nothing happened.

travelling between cities takes kinda long tho, and if you go in super speed mode on a horse you get all those soldiers coming after you. luckily the fighting in this game is awesome, i especially love counter attacks.

I'm playing New Vegas, and it's only crashed once because playing it for almost an entire day tends to make my 360 a little warm.
I have encountered bugs such as getting stuck in the environment, but all Gamebryo based games do that and it's not like Bethesda tech is the only stuff that does this (I've had it happen in Bad Company 2 online, but it didn't stop me from killing a fair number of enemies before being blown up).
There's some really lazy texturing early on in New Vegas where rocks on hills are only half textured and coyote's seem to have a big gash down their chests as the texture doesn't wrap properly, but the only really annoying bug for me thus far is one where NPC's don't show up from time to time unless you leave and re-enter an area (fuck you Snuffles the mole rat and your asthmatic wheezing despite not being anywhere to be seen).
Also, either radscorpions can burrow now, or they like falling through the floor a lot.

P.S.
Can anyone recommend anything decent to download off of Xbox LIVE for 800MSP as my copy of New Vegas came with some free points.
I say they look more like german/caveman then asians.

Frontlines: Fuel of War is 3 dollars on steam. Buying it. (The 360 demo was actually pretty fun, so I imagine the PC version is too)

My god just lost on a 60 floor dungeon on the 55 floor and died form unavoidable mob it took so much skill to keep my EN in check and my god I was so closes that I almost cried to see me die like that.

It's almost unfair how they make the secrete cave dungeons you have to come in prepared and with a plan and I did  just to be shut out at the last moment Also meat drops are rare in there so it's a must to come with a stock pile of meats and EN saving equipment.

Well at least I got my base stats up by 6 or was it 8.... and about 2 hour waste and 35k or more in money wasted on the dungeon and all I was doing was look for the exit and when found, on to the next floor. Excepts for the first for try to get at least lv 3 before I started to do that.

If you have Red Dead you should get Undead Nightmare DLC. That's what I'm playing and it's fantastic. The zombies are fun until you run out of ammo. You have a torch, but fist fighting a zombie is much more awesome.

The way all the areas are broken up into screens of fixed height/width, without scrolling or whatever. It's a small thing but it makes all the individual locations seem kind of arbitrarily placed sometimes so you never get a real feeling of where you are. I don't know, maybe it's just me!
Oh yeah that. It's been ~11 years since I played it but I think I actually quite liked that because it made the map overview screen a super neat grid like an american city.

I'm playing fallout new vegas. I don't know if it's just me looking for the good, but I think I do like the tone of this a little bit better so far. The humour is still totally...flaccid. I just rounded up a bunch of townspeople to fight off a gang of escaped convicts though, and I'd only been playing for an hour at that point. I hope there are more interesting quests like that. Although it was pretty anti-climatic but I am playing on the easy mode, so that's okay. I like the look of the game better, too. I like the desert. I'm not really blown away by anything in particular, it's the same thing as before but it feels just a little bit sharper. Like you'd only notice it was there if you were looking for it, like with the writing.

michael hogan is in this game. his part isn't very interesting. he is tigh from battlestar galactica, who i liked on that show.

Picked up Assasin's Creed, damn I can't believe I didn't try it before. I always thought I wouldn't like it, but I was wrong, this game rocks. Being able to jump from rooftop to rooftop and dive straight down into haystacks like an athlete is just awesome.

I could have done without the whole research facility subplot though, actually so far it's the only downer of the game. It could have been a better game on its own without that bullshit.
The second game does a lot better with the future plot, tying the two together very well.  It also doesn't spend a lot of time there, instead focusing almost entirely on the past.

I just finished Fable 2, and I can see why people didn't like it (the ending was fucking lame), but I enjoyed it immensely.  The combat was a lot of fun.

Now I'm playing Batman: Arkham Asylum.  Only a few hours in, and holy crap I love it.

Assassin's Creed is getting pretty interesting now. I really hated those laboratory scenes in the beginning, but they're kind of intriguing now. The past-plot is pretty awesome too, I think I'm finally near the climax.

Damn, been a while since I played a really good game.
