I heard some of these even giving out your number/address is a bad thing? I dunno that's why I was hoping MTurk was good because only Amazon sees who you are I guess

There are a lot of obvious scams out there. Especially the ones that ask you to pay money up front for 'more information' etc. These guys do ask for contact information, which might be concerning. It's always safe to check with the Better Business Bureau (just google "bbb <insert name of company here>.") ಠ3ಠ
