 The sentence above says that:
Oscar-winning beauty Reese Witherspoon and fellow screen darling Natalie Portman have become engaged to one another
  None of the above.

the dreamworks face thing is so great, i've seen it before but i keep forgetting about it

I read a thing about it once where it talked about how that face is meant to appeal to like...hipsters.

it's pretty damning that the best dreamworks animated film is wallace and gromit, which isn't even theirs

Listening to In the Lead has caused me to reconsider revisiting one of  my story ideas about a group of planet-hopping Henshin Heroes disguised as a boy band. (Not the only such band in existence, mind you, but one of the few I know of.)

Wasn't Kung Fu Panda theirs too? That one was good.

That reminds me, I saw The Incredibles a while back. I thought it was surprisingly good, although some things did bother me (Mirage acted as a deux ex machina twice and seemed to be pretty damn late in realizing how much of a dick Syndrome is). I'm not sure if I find it better than Ratatouille but both are pretty much the best 3D animation films that I know of.

I think my biggest pet peeve in the whole Pixar vs Dreamworks thing (though actually I don't know if Pixar was involved in this, it might have just been Disney by itself) is that Disney was working on The Wild, which I feel like I'm the only one who saw it and I really enjoyed it, then Dreamworks found out about it and cobbled together Madagascar in time to get it out first so that it looks like The Wild was ripping them off instead of the other way around.  The Wild was p. rad whereas Madagascar was BEN STILLER AND CHRIS ROCK I LIKE TO MOVE IT MOVE IT *DREAMWORKS FACE* and I think it would have been noticed a whole lot more if Madagascar hadn't come out.

The GBP-AUD exchange rate is fucking KILLING ME.

I thought I'd take a look at some recent history with it and jeez louise if it wasn't only 3 years ago that you could get more than $2.50 for every £. Today it's about $1.50. UK wage levels are pathetic - £5, £6 an hour is minimum/average. Australian wage levels are excellent - about $20 an hour for most jobs, maybe a little lower sometimes but also higher just as often.

That means that people in the UK get paid less than half of what Australians get paid right now. The UK is cheaper to live in but for someone like me who has got a big old incentive to be flitting back and forth it's bogus. Is anybody going to fix this? What the heck is going on? Why doesn't somebody say, 'whoops, this got out of hand', and fix it? Apparently it's just going to keep getting worse, though. Am I going to be dealing with like, £1 = $1.30? Or less maybe? Uhhhh is the UK completely fucked???

I mean it's not just the AUD exchange rate, it's every one of them. I don't like the feeling of having economics anchoring me, pulling me down, more and more heavily in this place that I GOT OUT OF AND THEN I CAME BACK WHY DID I COME BACK AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAwell to do a degree and yeah okay, I should do that but what the scoop. I mean it's getting to the point where it's prohibitively expensive to even apply for certain visas.

haha the past three days I have prettymuch destroyed myself, so I'm now going to really start to better myself.
I tried going frozen poultry on my meds, but fucked myself up seriously and went proper mad (hallucinations, suicide atempt), I haven't eaten since sunday and  had like two non-alcoholic drinks, everything else was booze. And my best friend (who i really like) had to come round and pick me up off my bedroom floor lastnight as I was lying face down in a pool of vomit.

So yeah, I am now gunna try and sort myself out. Drink less, speak with shrink about the meds, and eat.
You can talk to me or anyone anytime you want. Keep fighting man, just take it easy and start lessening things.

I've seen like a lot of commercials for random computer-animated cartoon movies like so much that it's taken over all the other information in my brain because there's just so many but I've never seen The Wild before. I mean advertisements or anything

Pixar should like stop making good movies because maybe it will end the trend of random CG movies coming out every other day? (MARMADUKE etc.) like I dunno of Pixar ended up making CG synonymous with quality

Yeah it basically just got ignored entirely because people just assumed it was ripping off Madagascar.  It was in development WAY before that though, Madagascar was basically just this rushed out movie in order to beat The Wild into theaters.  The only reason I knew about The Wild is because I heard that Eddie Izzard was in it.  At this point though I wasn't horribly disgusted by 3D animated animal movies so it would probably be kind of hard for me to go back and watch it.  That's why I'm glad to see movies like Tangled coming out because at least it's NOT ABOUT ANIMALS (I've not seen it yet but I'm going to sometime).

Around June I'll be staying around the docks in Singapore, we're gonna dock the ship and I'll be living in singapore when I go to work if you're passing through sometime. I'll be working there for eight months off and on.

um I don't watch random Disney movies but Tangled reminds me of Dragon Quest VIII for some reason, at least from still screens. Like Dragon Quest VIII + random Barbie princess commercials with sparkly CG Barbie. Not even saying this in a fanboy way honest I just assume from BUSINESS perspective this could be halfway true like adding a little bit of vague Dragon Ball Z style because Disney is probably jealous as fuck of success of animus. Maybe they just have a little bit of downs forehead key to Akira Toriyama style is draw everyone with a downs forehead

Yeah I'm still trying to figure out how to fix it. Might need to buy a new video card if this EGA one isn't compatible with monochrome CGA monitors.
