I always wanted someone to make a Street Fighter-type game where every character was really weak and completely unskilled in all martial arts. The characters would get tired a lot, and I suppose there'd have to be an in-depth grappling system for when the fighters would inevitably wind up rolling around on the ground slapping each other.
