I'm still pretty interested, still very much involved but definitely not as much as I used to be. It has been a long time since I've ever been bogged down by a backlog of games which is the situation I'm in now. It's just that more pressing responsibilities (more work in school, more work at...work) among other things doesn't allow very many times where I can dedicate more than two hours to a game in a single sitting. When it first came out it took me nearly a month to beat Twilight Princess and even longer to get as close as I could to 100% completion for example. I'm actually not sure if I want to get the Wii Fire Emblem because even the GCN one took a lot of time to beat and the Wii's game is apparently quite a bit longer and more involved content wise.
I'd probably wager that before long, portable gaming will begin to take priority with me, gaming wise, moreso than console gaming.
I do keep up with the news and still try to read quite a few articles and editorials here and there; but otherwise, while I won't consider myself a casual gamer every year I find myself getting closer and closer to that, especially if I'm already thinking of casting aside games I'm highly interested in as a result.
