I thought that was absolutely hilarious. The poem writing segment, and the majority of Barkley's dialogue alone was very funny as well. Also major kudos to whoever did Barkley's voice in the beginning.

I can't believe you're really surprised. I rarely am so enthused about an amateur game like I am about this one (and I'm sure the same applies to all of us) but it was really that good.

I like how the whole game is a joke taken dead seriously, that's my kinda style.

because like a) you obviously thought it was pretty good as you were making it or else i don't believe you would've continued making it or put it out, b) you know people think you're funny, and c) people loved the demo.  is it really that astounding?

everything after the demo is completely different, i think. it really loses a lot of focus on basketball and that's what i thought people who played it liked about it. yes, of course bort and gz and drule and i like the game because we made it, but we were sort of afraid it was too ZANY for the people who enjoyed the demo (WILFORD BRIMLEY DIABETES LORD, the ghost dad, and especially the duergar mines, which is a complete departure from everything else in the game). this is something bort and i were really worried about, that people who liked the demo would be let down because it wasn't as BASKETBALL-CENTRIC.

i like barkley for the story and humor not because its b-ball

i am an ultimate fan of balls (big / small / blue etc)

so obviously this game appealed to me

Hey bug:
In the Dueregar Cave, if you meet the two parties at the table and tell them you'll come back, then leave the Dueregar cave and come back, they go through the same dialogue again as if you had just walked in on them for the first time. Not major, but just thought I'd let you know.

Also, I would recommend a save point before fighting Vinceborg again when meeting the diabetes guy
