Also I watched "In the Name of the King" today and enjoyed it more than almost every major film that's been out in the last year or so.

Enjoyed it in a so bad it's good way I assume? I've seen bits and pieces of it, it looks pretty terrible (the production values look alright though).

I've looked at a couple of Boll movies but apart from House of the Dead I haven't really found any that entertaining. Alone in the Dark was hideously boring and poor.

The man himself is awesome though, the way he directly responds to internet petitions and people talking crap about him is great. Hopefully in 20 years there'll be an 'Ed Wood' style biopic made about the man.

I might even see whatever film that it is advertising (is it Postal?), even though I am confident that it will suck.

I actually find bay's movies worse than Bolls. Like they should possibly be good, they have all the advantages in the industry yet SLOW MOTION ROBOT BACKFLIP FOR THIRTY SECONDS. Also from Eurogamer:

uuhhhh Boll just made a video attacking the budget of YOUTUBE filmmakers ok, so you need to find a new reason to hate Bay.

I think everybody knows why Kaworu doesn't like Bay, and it's ironic because it's the same reason most people don't like Boll :S

I thought Armageddon was a pretty stellar movie, a list actors, great plot, effects and whatnot.
I thought Pearl Harbor was kinda gay, but it was a well done movie.

Other than that I agree his movies aren't to my liking, but most of you guys seem to be riding the bandwagon started by a few disheartened transformers fans.
It's weird to even talk about this though, because there is not a SINGLE Bay movie that is as terrible as Boll's best film. (Whatever film you think that may be, they are all pretty much at zero.)

Back on topic though, I dunno if someone posted it here, but the intro scene to Postal is online, and it is preeeeeetty offensive, and not funny. If it were funny that'd be another story, but I really think this may be another huge blow to Boll's credibility. He will definitely get a surge of signatures for that petition on opening weekend, and he won't be able to blame Michael Bay anymore.

man even as utterly terrible and ridiculous as uwe boll is this is such a risky/idiotic statement because you're talking about MICHAEL BAY here. you can pretty much just turn a camera on, throw it in the mud, walk away, and come back two hours later and have a movie with more style and depth than a michael bay film.

Yeah I actually dislike Bay because he can't direct for shit, because his movies are totally unoriginal and rely on SPECIAL EFFECTS to try and hide that they are... crap, superficial and devoid of anything which makes a movie actually... good. Regardless of Transformers, I'd still say he sucks, and to suggest that Bay-hatin' was a bandwagon started by transfans is very ignorant (hint: transformers fans are retards and their only complaints with the film being the designs... and not with the terrible plot, bad dialogue, cliche stereotyped characters, uninspired and uninteresting directing etc etc).
