Actually, after going back and listening to some more Cunningliguists, kinda started not liking it. De La Soul has started to grow on me though.

Well, I guess I will name-drop or something in here a little bit too.

Lootpack

This is basically a collab between Madlib, Wildchild, DJ Romes. They are personally my favorite underground hip hop groups ever. Just take a listen to them.

Quasimoto

This is one of Madlib's alter-ego's. You will probably notice how much I praise Madlib. This is because he is just my favorite DJ/Hip Hop artist of all times. Anyway here is a pretty great song by this ego.

MF Doom

Other than Madlib, this man is my favorite underground hip hop artist. He is probably the king of underground hip hop. His voice is very unique, and his nerdom makes him even more awesome.

Dangerdoom

Collab. of Danger Mouse and MF Doom. Most of their music is based on shows from the Adult Swim line-up, but they're pretty funny, and fun to listen to.

Madvillian

ANOTHER collab. this time it is MF Doom and Madlib, probably the best thing to ever happen to hip hop.

This guy is mad dope, his stuff is very unique, and his lyrics are genius.

I will say that Grimm is an amazing artist also, and possibly a genius, but DOOM had become his "rival" after he was shot down and put in a wheelchair.

Grimm also released one of DOOM's albums, so their rivalry was probably just probably just a stunt to get money.

I also think it's terrible to arrest a cripple

he is the most overrated rapper ever, tried to play like he knew Tribe intimately when it was discovered he hadn't bothered to memorize a song's lyrics (ATCQ later stated they hadn't ever talked to Lupe), hopped on some skateboarding shit just so white kids would listen to him, has the world's most lousy breath control, and jacked Lil Wayne's flow for his latest song.

seriously have no idea why people think he's some instant classic.

MF DOOM is a terrible guy but in his defense so is everyone else we're talking about. just depends whether it bothers you or not, eg I can't stand wu-tang anymore cuz of how they treated this great woman. I still like some of their best solo stuff but I can't stand them for the most part, basically every rapper is a faggot
