Make sure you look up a faq take the right gameplay route. At some point of the game you have to chose between Nikki, Guile, and Glen.... and the option isn't clearly spelled out for you.

Yes. Inexplicably, the game punishes you if you want to save Kid by giving you a trio of crappy characters.

Yeah if you don't save Kidd you get Glenn who's arguably the best character in the game but if you do save her you get that half naked fisher dude and two other dumb characters.  So weird.  I thought I HAD to save her so I made the choice but when I read a faq saying otherwise I raged pretty hard.

Glenn gives you access to the best fucking skill in the game: X-Strike

On a newgame+, with good stats, that can do over 3500 fucking damage. Almost every boss dies in a hit from that, really.

Glenn was badass. The fighters in that game were so overpowered.

Serge + Glenn + Karsh = Death.

You guys see what Game Informer said about chrono trigger this month? It basically said chrono trigger was a terrible pile of crap that made no sense. and that a 12 year old probably thought of in english class.

I thought you were joking, but I actually looked it up.

I enjoyed Chrono Trigger more than Cross, but I really just ran through CC. I completed the game, but I just didn't get as much enjoyment out of it than I did with CT. I'm thinking of playing the game again though, because I know I missed tons of things. The soundtrack to Chrono Cross is probably one of the best soundtracks I've ever heard, though.

they were roasting well known games that probably all got a 10/10 from them, so i wouldn't take it very seriously.
