Treat Her Right was Mark Sandman's band before Morphine. It also featured the harmonica player from The The. I just got their first album and the Sandman songs are great, yet the other singer's songs outnumber his and aren't nearly as memorable. Listening to this reminds me of listening to Heatmiser where all the Elliott songs are great but all the other guy's songs are so dull.

you gotta think the medium they were in though. For boring ass 90s grunge/alt rock (neither necessarily boring but few are good at it) they weren't godawful because its a pretty monotone and boring medium in the first place. Elliott was just so damn talented he could turn anything into gold.

Yea Jack Black has an amazing voice.

Also for those who knew the 4 chords song from youtube I just found out there was a newer version.
Actually it was last year but I just found out about it. added a music video and about doubled the number of songs.

I listen to a lot of that kind of music though, man. While I'll agree that there were a lot of bands just trying to sound like Nirvana and it got dull there were a lot of cool alt rock bands that did their own thing during the time. I think even for the genre the Neil Gust stuff was pretty unremarkable.

EDIT: I read your post kind of fast and now realizethat some of what I said was kind of redundant with what you said. Sorry about that.

I ran into a song by PTizzle (as Part 2 and his friend Trill) in my music collection. From this album : http://www.saltw.net/index.php?topic=69620.0

"Didn't do it"

Still quite good.

Elly, eat your heart out- you can't touch this Bad Apple. She covers not only the East but the west , north and south, and has nothing to do with Touhou.

Regardless of your feelings about Pulp Fiction, this is an EXCELLENT REMIX.
