Hmm- what about the first chapter of Naufragar? I may download the earlier ones- I played partway through Crimson, but I might as well see the roots.

Oh, and as for this "Velsarbor, if it's that good, maybe a translation project is in order? Does anyone in here know German?

Does anyone remember an RM2k comedy game which had a narrator (maybe two) and hilarious vocal bits such as, "OH NO! NOT MY POTTED PLANT!" It used mainly rtp graphics.

Edit: Unfortunately, that wasn't the game I was looking for. The one I'm looking for didn't really have an actual story. I just wish I could remember the name of it..

I remember back in 2002-2004 where I only released like two RM2k games back when I called myself Cid_Highwind.

The first one was called "Broly's Revenge" or "Broly's Return" (It had either of these two terms tied in) and the game started as Goku, Gohan, and Goten leave their house and go into some lame ass underwater maze and then find land. They meet up with Vegeta (I think) and find Broly there. He asks the guys if they'd like to rest up at Master Roshi's before the fight, and you get to choose. That was pretty much it. It only got praised for having an actual FMV from a Dragon Ball Z film, where Gohan and Goten fire their Kamehameha blasts at Broly, but fail. It was a failure of mine, but I so want it back into my HD for the good ol' memories. I deleted this game LONG, LONG ago.

The only site that the game got put on was on an old RM site owned by a forgotten French buddy of mine who called himself "Ginew." He also had 4 more people as part of the "Ginew Force" staff and released their DBZ fangame along with it. I played their game, and it was fun!

The other game I made was a short minigame game I made to support my FFVII Chocobo Catching tutorial. It's been deleted for a long time on my site thanks to GeoShitties.

If anyone can find my two games and/or the games made by the Ginew Force, please help out!

I tried to go back and replay Crimson some time ago and gave up in frustration because it was so dang retarded. It's one of those things where everything made sense while you were in the process of creating the game and you could not figure out why some people gave it a 6/10 because you've made the most beautiful thing in the world. I don't think you'd want to play the earlier versions of it. In fact, the only only thing I can remember from Crimson was the fact that I named characters from King of Fighters and Rival Schools and that if you invert some words you might get other words! I'm sure the earlier versions had an even more undecipherable story and more breakaway cut-scenes than Family Guy.

That's why I'm not a writer.

Does anybody remember a really really old Dragonball Z game...it was probably THE first Dragonball Z game that came out. I don't know where I got it but it was definitely during the times when rpg2knet was alive. I would say the demo came out 6 years ago or more.
It was made in rm2k and it was all custom graphics and had a CBS even though it only had 1 battle. The game started with Raditz coming to Roshi's place and taking Gohan away...then you're put into the battle where Goku had to fight Raditz. The battle showed the 4 arrow keys and they each did something.

edit: nvm, I think it was called Dragonball Light of Fury and if anyone still has the demo it would be nice if someone can upload it

Hey I am looking for my old game Sluggy's adventure! The first one I made, in 2004. I can't find it anywhere! All I find is either the early demo with half the levels, broken downloads or links to broken downloads, or links to the now non-existing gamingw.net download page. If anyone has the game it would be really rad! Thanks!

@Nessiah: It's on the list isn't it?

I notice Legend of the Philosopher's Stone is on there too with a '[FULL]' next to it. I didn't know it was finished... :/ (I got two demos from here before the big main-site change, and there was an earlier one too.) Or maybe it's just the latest demo? The one that ends just after the prison dungeon.
The link is broken though, I'm getting errors like:
