I want to know why is is a good film? Why would someone sit and watch this for entertainment? Or it not MEANT to be entertaining? Is it designed to be watched at pretentious gettogethers where everyone sips the finest tea and analyzes the characters' hairstyles for messages on society?
First of all, peoples definition of entertainment differs, so if you didn't enjoy or react well to this, that is fair enough. But, for those who want to read more in Kubrick's masterpieces, there are some pretty detailed analysis' by Rob Ager that expand the meanings and ideas of the movies.
